Megan was born and raised in Erie, PA and moved to Edinboro, PA in 2003.  Megan Malena has a diverse background that spans real estate, insurance underwriting, residential construction and remodeling, property management, and business management.  With over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, Megan honed her skills in customer service, problem-solving and analytical thinking and possesses a keen attention to detail.  In 2008, Megan purchased her first duplex becoming a landlord, gaining firsthand experience in real estate investing and property management.  In 2023, she transitioned into a new chapter of her career as a REALTOR.  Megan has served on the Washington Township Council since 2024 gaining a unique insight into our community, enabling her to better serve buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the region.
